What is the turn around time for an order from start to finish?

+Turn around time averages 7-10 business days.  *varies per order depending on difficulty level

What about rush jobs?

+Rush jobs are available if we have an open spot on our presses and machines for such jobs.  Rush jobs are subject to an additional rush fee.

What is the minimum quantity needed to place an order?

+Apparel Items; minimum is 1

+Promotional Items; minimum varies per item

What is the set up fee for new artwork?

+For screenprinting we can set up to a 6 color logo.  The cost per color is $20.00, and that is a one time fee.

+Embroidery varies depending on how detailed the logo is.  Cost per 1,000 stiches is $1.00

How do I know how many stitches are in my design?

+You can send your image, along with the information about the order directly to us to have a price quote made up.  You will receieve a response generally within a few business days.  If your logo requires digitizing beyond our capabilites we can have the design sent out for an estimate.

What is the proof / approval process?

+On all new orders we will be sending you an art proof for your review.  This proof will state the size, colors, and overall location of your print job.  Please make sure to look over the proof carefully as once it is approved we will be printing exactly that.  If we do not receive your art approval we cannot proceed with your job.  Proofs can be approved via e-mail, fax or in person.

Is the printing included in the clothing price?

+In most circumstances, clothing prices include a one color print.  Base price will go up depending on how many colors and locations the item will be printed with.  After the first color cost is $.50  per color.  After the first location cost is $1.00 per location.

What about logo's previously set up but haven't been used in years?

+Logo's that have not been used within a one year time frame will be subject to a $10.00 re-burn fee per color.

Is it possible for items to be shipped directly to you?

+Yes we can ship an order directly to you.  Shipping cost depends on location in the United States only.
